Mylar is similar in appearance to frosted acetate. It’s often use to create inked overlays for technical schematics or architectural renderings. Unlike paper, the ink doesn’t bleed and will leave a crisp line that is easily removed or edited. I use pencil on Mylar, generally a HB lead.
